Without innovation there is no progress. Workplaces that build and implement new techniques, technologies, and strategies are leading change in the modern organization.

Workplaces aren't all meant to be the same. Whether it's a creative approach to office space, policies, products, or community, we're celebrating creativity.

The ability to look ahead and adapt as a business is critical to success. Organizations in Frederick County are often on the leading edge of strategy and development.

We moved our business to Frederick in January of 2015 to take full advantage of the vibrant live, work, play environment. Prior to and after the move we were assisted by The City’s Department of Economic Development. In 2015 we were recognized as Most Creative Workplace and for Historic Preservation. In 2016 we were named the Best Place to Work – Medium Sized Firm. We’re very proud of these awards and use them as marketing and recruitment tools. We also continue to support the Best Places to Work Awards Program and have become active in both the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce and the Frederick Downtown Partnership. We congratulate this year’s winners and encourage their future support in helping Frederick continue to grow and thrive.

Winning this award was a great “feather in our cap.” I own a child care center/preschool business where happy employees make happy children and that makes happy parents. It’s completely a win/win experience!
